The thought of therapy can be intimidating or uncomfortable, and you have likely experienced pain to get here.
I hope that taking this next step will be refreshing, comforting, and a safe space for you to heal and grow.

I have a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Social Work and over 10 years of experience in the field. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). I have certificates in Trauma-Informed Care and Grief Counseling.
My experience as a therapist has been at an outpatient clinic with clients ranging from age 5 to 80. Prior to my experience in a clinical setting, I worked as a case manager and supported children, families, and teenagers.
In my practice, I embrace the values of the Social Work profession: dignity and worth of every person, importance of human relationships, integrity, self-determination of my clients, and empathy, warmth, and genuineness. I value the therapeutic relationship and provide validation, encouragement, and reflection to help my clients in their healing and growth.
